Founder and Business Support Partner

For more than 20 years, I’ve worked across payroll, human resources, employee benefits, and bookkeeping. That experience helps me spot the details that need attention when employees are hired, compensation or benefits changes, or year-end requirements come due.

20+ Years of Experience

My background includes payroll management services, HR and benefits administration as well as bookkeeping. I also hold both the Payroll Compliance Practitioner (PCP) and Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) and QuickBooks ProAdvisor designations. I am currently a Certified Professional Bookkeeper (CPB) candidate with the Institute of Professional Bookkeepers of Canada.

For my clients, that means access to someone who understands both the day-to-day administration and the requirements behind it.

I started Employer Support Partners because I wanted clients to have direct, knowledgeable support from someone who takes the time to understand how their business operates.

When I'm not working, you'll usually find me exploring the beautiful Okanagan Valley with my dog, visiting local wineries, discovering new trails and viewpoints, or spending the afternoon exploring locally grown fresh fruit and veggie markets.

Meet George

Chief Treats Officer (CTO)

Every successful office has someone who keeps the team smiling. Meet our Chief Treats Officer! George’s daily duties include supervising coffee breaks, approving snack requests, securing the office with patrols, and boosting office morale. Although George is not quite ready to handle bookkeeping, payroll, HR, or benefits, George is an invaluable part of the team.

Fun fact: George’s employee benefits package includes unlimited treats, flexible nap hours, and a generous belly-rub allowance.
